Montreal Zombie Walk now on its seventh year

Consider yourselves warned, zombies will roam the streets of Montreal on Saturday, October 27. If you are brave enough to see some “walking dead” action, get yourself to Saint Catherine Street West between Peel and Jeanne-Mance streets starting at 3 p.m. After a good two hours of zombies spreading terror to unsuspecting humans, both the living and the dead can enjoy psychedelic rock music by Teke Teke followed by King Buffalo at place des Festivals.

This event is organized by Montreal Zombie Walk, a non-profit organization, and has been going on for the past seven years. If you are looking for a free activity to do this Halloween, this is it! You may choose to go to the venue as a human spectator or you may attend as a zombie alone or with friends. If you do choose to participate as a zombie, be sure to show up all ready to scare others by noon at Place du Canada near the Bonaventure metro station.

  1. I had no idea earlier that Montreal can go this crazy. I mean this is so cool, a zombie show – the Walking Dead! Wow! Montreal must be visited close to the end of the October so this can be experienced.
